Recruitee integration

Using the Platypus - Recruitee integration, you can set up unbiased culture assessments to identify what your candidates value and how aligned they are with the team that you’re hiring for. You’re able to invite candidates to complete their Platypus Print (their cultural footprint) directly from the Recruitee dashboard.

You can then review the results from a candidate’s print on their profile page, where it will display their top three values and alignment rating. This integration allows you to reduce the risk of mis-hiring and save time by getting cultural alignment insights all on one platform.

Here’s how to get started: 

Setting up the Integration

‍To enable this integration, follow the steps below. Your role within Recruitee needs to have access to the integrations settings in order to do this.

1. Go to Settings > Apps and plugins > Integrations and choose Integrate now for Platypus.

2. Read the information and confirm by clicking Accept and integrate.

3. Fill in your Platypus API token and click Integrate.

Note: Please contact Platypus about where to find your API credentials.

4. Recruitee and Platypus are now connected.

5. Under Manage you can select who is able to view and send Platypus print invites, and remove the integration.

‍What personal data does Recruitee send to Platypus?

Candidate’s first name, last name, and email address.

Send candidate print invites to Platypus

1. Go to the candidate's profile. Click Send test in the Platypus section

2. Check the pre-filled information and correct it if necessary.

In the Tests list, you must select a posting from app.platypus.io, where you want the candidates to apply to. All your active postings will be available in the select list. Select a posting and click Send.

3. Under the Platypus section you can now see that information has been sent to Platypus.

Review results

When the candidate completes the print, the result ends up directly in their candidate profile. To review the print, open their profile and check the section Platypus.

Here, you’ll see the Platypus alignment score directly in Recruitee and summary of their Platypus Print. Click the link to directly access the candidate in the Platypus app.
