Slack integration

By adding Valuebeat to Slack we’ll be able to notify your employees about Print Creation invites, reminders and new Satisfaction Surveys via Slack which is a more fun and engaging way of communication for organizations.

Personal Slack messages will be sent instead of emails. The content is the same and your employees can complete Print Creations and Satisfaction Surveys by clicking the links via the Slack messages.

Important: Before you get started, make sure all of your employees will receive Valuebeat Slack messages by checking your Slack setup for app approval. Check out this guide from Slack.

Here’s how to get started:

• Get started by enabling the integration on Valuebeat

Go to Settings and find Integrations under Organization settings.

Find Slack in the list and click to Add.

Give permission via Slack and finish setting it up with Slack.

Once it’s done your Slack will start sending out your Print Creation invites and Satisfaction surveys to your employees.

You can always deactivate the Integration, which will stop sending the messages via slack, but will send via email instead.
